Formula for Success

Winners make the choice to work on fundamentals everyday and don't take shortcuts to make things work better. Coaches who have had the most success in their careers have simple formulas.

1) Stick to fundamentals everyday.

2) Treat your teammates like YOU want to be treated. It's the golden rule.

3) Have respect for the equipment and the training facilities.

4) Give credit to those around you who helped you to succeed. Understand that it took the work of everyone in your team to reach that level.

5) Always remember rule number 1.
